These salad cutlery were handmade in Alentejo, Portugal.
They were made with wood from olive trees that were´t producing olives anymore and have been ripped from the soil by the agriculturist.
The idea is to give a new purpose to the olive-wood that is so beautiful and durable.
You won't need to wax the cutlery. When you feel the wood is dry you can use olive oil to hydrate it. It will come back to life!
