Gonggi is a new ceramics label based in Seoul, Korea. Founded by ceramic artist Seung-Min, Ji in 2016, Gonggi reflects the philosophy of the artist, which is to prioritise the users' experience and to create useful objects in an aesthetically pleasing way. Distinctly inspired by Korean celadon green porcelain, Ji pursues simplicity in form while giving it a contemporary twist.
This Oblong Tall Mug is a perfect example of his works. Ji has created very modern and simple design for this mug in six unique colours with subtle texture. The long and bevel edged handle makes this mug extra special.
