Stanwells began its life in 1996 in the Georgian market town of Lymington...

Stanwells began its life in 1996 in the Georgian market town of Lymington when the founder, Julia Aitken, spotted a gap on the stylish High Street for designer clothes. With years of experience working in designer fashion Julia cultivated the customers soon become the go-to boutique in the area. Carefully evolving the brands and look of the store over the years, but never stepping too far away from the Stanwell's ethos of laid back style. Under the radar brands have been show cased over time to become firm favourites, plus known established labels such as Vince, Veronica Beard and Vanessa Bruno returning each season as they are known for their cool aesthetic and style. Recognized with multiple awards by fashion heavyweights such as Vogue and The Telegraph, Stanwell's notes whilst winning awards is amazing , but a great following and customer loyalty mean much, much more...
